UPCOMING MEETINGS
May 22, 2010
- The Annual General Membership Meeting.
- Voting on the amendment to the bylaws, and election of the
Board of Directors.
- Meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at the Y in Old Bisbee.

On the agenda
for the May 22, 2010 Annual Membership Meeting are two
bylaw amendment proposals.
The first is to add language allowing e-mail notification for meetings.
"Article III: Membership Meetings, Section 2: Notice" to add paragraph
"C: Notification may be made by electronic mail. Members may also choose
to also be notified by US mail with first class postage."
The second
amendment proposal
would loosen meeting attendance
requirements in view of the less frequent membership meeting of the past
several years.
"Article IV: Board of Directors, Section 2: Qualification:" paragraph C
amended to read
"C. Candidates must attend at least one Board
meeting in
the six months
preceding the election."
